Account Manager – Arabic Focus (Digital & Social Media)

About the role

LPS Brands, an award‑winning creative, social media and digital agency in the UAE, is seeking an Arabic‑first Account Manager. The role combines client servicing, strategic planning, and social media expertise to lead a portfolio of government and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, decision‑makers and influencers.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated digital and social media campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts, timelines and deliverables on a daily basis.
• Pitch new business, win accounts and contribute to agency growth.
• Collaborate with creative, production and technology teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
• Travel to KSA as required for business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a UAE/Middle‑East agency.
• Proven track record in digital and social‑media‑first engagements.
• Demonstrated team leadership and successful account pitch wins.
• Highly organized, analytical and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating engaging brand campaigns.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment and flexible with hours.
