Agent Coordinator – Global Business Excellence

About the role

Fuller Technologies (FZE) is looking for a highly organized Agent Coordinator to support its global agent and reseller network. The role ensures accurate, timely and compliant processing of transactions, claims and commissions while acting as the main liaison between external partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of agent‑ and reseller‑related transactions, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
• Review, validate and process claims, commissions, rebates and credits.
• Serve as primary contact for agents, distributors and internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Legal).
• Maintain detailed records, audit trails and reporting on agent activities and performance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards and analytical reports to improve visibility and support decision‑making.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity across ERP and CRM systems.
• Support onboarding, operational setup and ongoing management of agents and channel partners.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience in coordinating transactions, claims or commissions in a multi‑entity environment.
