Architect & Interior Designer with BIM Expertise

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect and Interior Designer to join our Dubai team. The candidate will lead design concepts for residential, commercial and hospitality projects while leveraging BIM processes for efficient coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Create design presentations, mood boards and detailed drawings.
• Drive BIM‑based project development, coordination and documentation.
• Produce construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5–8 years of experience in architecture and interior design projects.
• Proven knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing and construction processes.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
