Assistant Manager – Client Servicing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing to oversee daily operations in a high‑volume, regulated business‑setup environment in the UAE. The role will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and high‑quality service across licensing and residence‑visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end business licensing and UAE residence visa processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Monitor daily workloads, case progress, SLAs and turnaround times, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities such as Free Zone bodies, GDRFA, typing centres, medical and Emirates ID partners.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting, reviewing and standardising SOPs, workflows and checklists.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in onboarding, refresher training, coaching sessions and quality reviews for operations staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, support internal audits and handle escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑facing teams to align documentation and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in client servicing or operations within business‑setup, free‑zone, government services or visa‑processing environments.
• Proven track record in operational reporting, process improvement and performance management.
• Strong understanding of regulated, high‑volume operational settings.
• Knowledge of UAE business licensing and residence‑visa processes is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Six Sigma or other process‑improvement certification.
