Associate Director – Product (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Associate Director – Product to lead the creation and growth of innovative healthcare solutions in Dubai. You will own the product vision, drive roadmap execution, and collaborate across clinical, regulatory, engineering and commercial teams to deliver digital and clinical products that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with business and healthcare objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, engineering and commercial stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive innovation in digital health, patient engagement, telemedicine and data analytics.
• Ensure adherence to regional healthcare regulations such as DHA, MOH and DOH standards.
• Establish KPIs, monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions for improvement.
• Mentor product managers and cross‑functional teams, fostering a high‑performing environment.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, pricing and commercialization plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health‑tech.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital or clinical products.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC healthcare systems, regulations and patient workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
