Bellman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Bellman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at W Residences. Working on the front‑of‑house team, you will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑in and check‑out processes, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
• Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
• Move, lift, and transport luggage and items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
