Bilingual Community Manager (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Community Manager to support the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. You will work remotely, interacting with AI models in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress, and creating conversational content to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Evaluate AI model responses for correctness, logical consistency, and overall performance.
• Engage in bilingual conversations with chatbots to gauge progress and identify improvement areas.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
