About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, nurture client relationships, and create strategic partnerships within the insurance brokerage market in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will leverage an impressive portfolio and deep industry knowledge to expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business growth initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor insurance solutions across medical, motor, and general lines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance broking or the broader insurance industry in the UAE.
- At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience within the UAE market.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
