Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Dubai Mall)

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Hermès at Dubai Mall, delivering premium service to discerning customers. You will create lasting relationships, showcase the heritage of the brand, and contribute to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm smile, make eye contact, and acknowledge them promptly.
• Engage sincerely, understand client needs, and present relevant product features and stories.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive CRM activities, including collecting client details for future communication.
• Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store is correctly stocked, products are properly displayed, and items are returned to their place after being shown.
• Handle administrative tasks such as exchanges, returns, and repairs in line with store procedures.
• Support store management with sales‑related tasks, share client feedback, and propose ideas for improving service and operations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a luxury retail sales position.
• Empathy, sincerity, and professionalism when serving customers.
• Ability to contribute individually to store turnover.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, flexibility, and reactivity.
• Familiarity with Hermès products and a genuine passion for the brand.
