About the role
Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after‑sales experience for our UAE national clientele. In this part‑time position you will act as the main point of contact for service‑related inquiries, guiding clients through repair and maintenance processes while upholding the Maison’s standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional after‑sales service and support to clients.
- Act as the primary contact for service‑related inquiries.
- Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care.
- Monitor service files, ensure timely follow‑up and communication.
- Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and after‑sales performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of client‑service experience, preferably in luxury.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Interest in jewellery, watches and after‑sales service.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
