About the role

Driven Properties is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join its dynamic team. You will guide clients through leasing, investment and other commercial property decisions, ensuring their business goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and propose tailored commercial property solutions.
• Conduct market research, property inspections and feasibility analyses.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including negotiations, lease drafting and coordination with legal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and developers.
• Prepare market reports, presentations and financial analyses for clients.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and generate leads.
• Stay informed on Dubai zoning laws, market trends and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real‑estate advisory or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
