Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor leads on‑site operations for pipeline and facility projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution and delivery in line with quality, schedule and operational standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to coordinate diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a diverse workforce to achieve project objectives safely.
• Take full ownership of assigned scopes, delegating tasks to optimise daily site operations.
• Plan workloads, schedules and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
• Oversee installation of pipelines (steel, flexsteel, polyethylene, fiberglass) and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Enforce strict safety regulations, risk‑mitigation practices and emergency response readiness.
• Monitor quality control, conduct inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain clear communication with site teams, subcontractors, internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Document site activities accurately and resolve on‑site challenges proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in oil & gas or pipeline projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Solid understanding of pipeline installation methods and relevant construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
