Consultant Partner Management – Professional Services

About the role

As a Consultant Partner Management professional within Dell Technologies' Professional Services, you will support the development and delivery of complex, high‑risk projects across the CEEMETA region. Working closely with sales, service delivery, and partner teams, you will help align partner capabilities with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the CEEMETA region to represent the partner component in service sales and delivery.
• Collaborate with service sales planning to identify and engage the most suitable partners.
• Work directly with delivery teams and partners to monitor performance, address escalations, and maintain service delivery alignment.
• Develop and own a strategic partner plan with an 18–24‑month horizon, including local engagement in key countries.
• Drive a globally consistent partner subcontracting program, establishing metrics to measure partner quality and performance.
• Partner with field delivery, resource management, procurement, and finance to support variable partner subcontracting models.
• Identify industry best practices and lead in‑theatre transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in strategic business partnership within technology or professional services environments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing multi‑year partner strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
