Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert, family‑centered care for infants, children and adolescents with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and nutritional disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric gastrointestinal, hepatology and nutritional disorders.
• Treat conditions such as IBD, celiac disease, GERD, chronic abdominal pain, constipation, liver diseases and feeding disorders.
• Perform pediatric endoscopic procedures, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Develop individualized treatment and nutrition plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on gastrointestinal health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to international clinical standards.
• Participate in quality initiatives, research and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• American Board certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology (preferred).
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) and English proficiency.
• Eligibility for a DHA license or an active DHA license.
• Minimum 5 years of consultant‑level experience in pediatric gastroenterology.
