Corporate Junior Associate – Dubai

About the role

A prestigious international law firm is looking for a highly motivated Corporate Junior Associate or Trainee to join its Dubai office. The position provides direct exposure to high‑value cross‑border corporate matters and a fast‑track development path within a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth legal research on corporate regulations, commercial laws, and civil law regimes.
• Assist in drafting M&A agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate resolutions, and commercial contracts.
• Support due‑diligence processes and coordinate data rooms for corporate transactions.
• Help clients with company formations, corporate restructuring, and licensing matters in Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Participate in client meetings and manage day‑to‑day progression of corporate files.

Required profile

• Newly admitted or qualified between 2024‑2025, or currently completing a corporate traineeship.
• Practical corporate experience or internships at a top‑tier international law firm in the UAE.
• Qualifying law degree from a civil‑law jurisdiction (including the UAE) or the UK.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Growth mindset, adaptability across civil and common law frameworks, and strong teamwork skills.
