About the role
The Culture & Engagement Officer will champion a positive organisational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives across the company. Working closely with leadership and department heads, you will help align people practices with the company’s strategic goals and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage culture and engagement programs that reinforce organisational values.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify engagement needs and tailor initiatives.
- Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups and listening sessions.
- Support leadership in culture transformation, change management and internal communications.
- Organise workshops, town‑hall meetings, recognition events and other activities that promote a strong workplace culture.
- Analyse engagement data, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion through targeted programmes and communications.
- Maintain documentation of initiatives, participation metrics and outcomes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor budgets and resources allocated to culture and engagement activities.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of organisational culture, employee engagement and change management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting survey data and generating insights.
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
