Developer Relations Manager – Middle East

About the role

Roblox is looking for a Developer Relations Manager to lead growth strategies for developers across the Middle East. You will act as a strategic partner to publishers, studios, and emerging creators, helping them adopt Roblox tools and build high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the developer growth strategy for the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with publishers, developers, and industry partners to drive adoption and accelerate development.
• Represent Roblox at regional industry events and build long‑term ecosystem relationships.
• Partner with product, marketing, creator, and international teams to scale Roblox as a premier game‑development destination.
• Set team goals, monitor progress, and share impact reports with senior leadership.
• Identify regional risk factors, make data‑driven decisions, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience launching technical products in international markets.
• Strong research skills to quickly understand target‑audience needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, self‑directed, and data‑driven.
• Passionate, energetic, and able to lead by example.
