Director, Frontline Marketing Iraq

About the role

The Director, Frontline Marketing Iraq will lead the marketing agenda for the Iraq market within the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit. Reporting to the OU leadership, you will drive integrated, data‑enabled marketing strategies that deliver growth, ROI and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market’s marketing agenda, including ABP and Brand & Innovation plan development, alignment, execution and performance tracking.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives across insight, analytics, creative strategy, design, and category positioning.
• Manage market marketing performance, including ROI measurement and P&L ownership.
• Collaborate with local IMX teams, agencies, and bottlers to ensure full capacity and execution excellence.
• Provide thought leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and integrated flywheel execution.
• Step in to lead specific marketing disciplines when required, ensuring seamless delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy, innovation and complex program management.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen (RGM experience a plus).
• Growth‑mindset, servant leadership and a passion for excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and influential communication skills with senior executives.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and work effectively in networked, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated capability to inspire teams through powerful marketing and brand storytelling.
