Director of People & Culture

About the role

The Director of People & Culture will lead the Human Resources strategy and execution for Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leader will shape the employee experience and culture across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s luxury service standards.
• Provide HR support and guidance on functional issues throughout the property.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Director of People & Culture on policy, talent, and organizational matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
• Strong ability to partner with senior executives and influence organizational culture.
• Passionate about creating a world‑class employee experience.
