Engineer Compliance & Safety Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineer Compliance & Safety Officer to support our Technical Compliance Manager in upholding the highest engineering and maintenance standards for our fleet. You will play a key role in ensuring full regulatory compliance and promoting a safety‑first culture across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor engineering standards and verify compliance with GCAA, EASA and FAA regulations.
• Manage MLOSA processes, assist with CAPA, root‑cause analysis and risk assessments.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and Airworthiness Review Certification (ARC) documentation.
• Respond to SMS reports and participate in safety investigations.
• Provide technical guidance to the engineering team and ensure maintenance activities align with company policies and international safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field, or an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, preferably with rotary‑wing aircraft.
• Approved Auditor status and strong knowledge of GCAA, EASA and FAA regulations.
• Fluent English (minimum ELP level 5) with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
