Executive Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to lead property operations in a 5‑star international hotel environment. The role acts as the strategic business leader for all operational departments and steps in as Hotel Manager when required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, and Engineering/Maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational and brand service strategies with department heads.
• Manage profitability, departmental budgets, and capital expenditure aligned with service priorities.
• Analyze financial performance, monitor wage costs, and coach teams to meet financial targets.
• Identify operational challenges, devise solutions, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Drive occupancy, rate management, and cost control while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Rooms Division and Hotel Operations within a large‑scale, international 5‑star property.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret financial reports and drive performance.
• Commitment to brand standards, guest experience, and employee satisfaction.
