Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will design, develop, and evaluate biological and health systems while supporting dermatology and laser equipment. Working closely with the Dermatology team, you will ensure medical devices are installed, maintained, and continuously improved to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect received machines and perform pre‑delivery checks.
• Install, commission, and run equipment at customer sites.
• Apply equipment upgrades and perform in‑service demonstrations.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance plans according to manufacturer schedules.
• Diagnose and repair out‑of‑control equipment, manage labour charges and spare‑part pricing.
• Decide on stocking of frequently needed spare parts.
• Sell and manage service contracts.
• Generate sales leads and report competitor technical issues.

Required profile

• Experience servicing dermatology and laser systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
