Finance Manager

About the role

Power Works Engineering is seeking a Finance Manager to support its Trading and Valve Manufacturing businesses. The role blends financial analysis, operational coordination, and project support across both business directions, with an initial remote setup and future relocation to Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Financial planning, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Cash‑flow planning, financial analysis, and control of valve manufacturing operations.
• Preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, variance analysis and performance monitoring.
• Payment verification, cost control, and support of internal financial procedures.
• IFRS accounting, UAE & Indian corporate tax and VAT/GST compliance.
• Banking, payments, trade finance, and contract/shipment documentation management.
• Coordination with accounting, procurement, logistics, production and operations teams.
• Company accounts management and project management.

Required profile

• Strong Excel and financial‑modelling abilities.
• Understanding of manufacturing finance and industrial cost structures.
• Knowledge of 1C, ERP systems and BI tools (a plus).
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, analytical and good communicator.
• Multicultural team player fluent in Russian and English.
