Front Desk Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at SIRO One Za’abeel, a luxury wellness‑focused hotel in Dubai. You will deliver seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences, respond to enquiries, and support guests throughout their stay, embodying the brand’s active and guest‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism.
• Upsell hotel services and rooms to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain precise guest records and front‑office controls in compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, finance and other departments to guarantee room readiness and smooth daily operations.
• Gather guest feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a front‑office role within a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Fluent English with strong communication and guest‑service skills.
• Professional appearance, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
