Government Relations Director – Middle East Region

About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Government Relations Director for the Middle East Region. Based in Abu Dhabi, the incumbent will serve as the primary liaison between U.S. Department of Defense forces, CENTCOM, and regional military groups, shaping the company’s strategy across the Middle East theater.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. forces, CENTCOM and MilGroups operating in the Middle East.
• Establish and maintain relationships with parliamentary, governmental, military and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate and synchronize corporate and sector customer engagements, campaign strategies and new‑business development.
• Support internal teams in designing and executing customer analysis and strategic approach plans.
• Provide political and operational insight to inform growth strategies for Northrop Grumman in the region.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of Middle East political systems and defense structures.
• Proven experience working with U.S. DoD operational forces and multinational military requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25 % of the time, including regional and global trips.
• Eligibility for a Top‑Secret security clearance.
