Group Tax Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager Group Tax is a key leadership position responsible for implementing AD Ports Group’s global tax strategy and policies. The role ensures compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on tax reporting, technology adoption and emerging international requirements such as Pillar Two.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of global tax strategies and policies defined by the Vice President – Group Tax.
• Lead preparation and review of group tax reporting and accounting, including IFRS tax provisions and disclosures.
• Assist with Pillar 2 compliance and reporting across the group.
• Oversee global tax compliance processes to ensure timely and accurate filings.
• Maintain the Group Tax Risk Register and contribute to tax policy development.
• Support tax structuring, M&A transactions and strategic projects.
• Liaise with external advisors and auditors on complex tax matters.
• Mentor managers and analysts in technical tax areas and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Professional tax or accounting certification (CA, CTA, CPA, ATT, etc.).
• 10‑12 years of progressive tax experience, including tax accounting and reporting under IFRS.
• Proven experience as a tax leader or senior public accountant.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, Pillar 2 rules and global tax frameworks.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
