Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) – F&B Service

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) – F&B Service will be the first point of contact for guests at Jumeirah Al Naseem, creating warm, personalised welcomes and ensuring seamless dining experiences. You will work closely with service teams to deliver the high standards expected of a 5‑star luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Create a memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and smooth introductions to service colleagues.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring flawless execution.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating needs and recalling preferences.
• Act as the primary contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in‑house dining themes and local highlights.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests promptly, turning any dissatisfaction into positive impressions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Fluent in English; additional language such as Russian or other European languages is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros and Sevenrooms systems.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
