Guest Service Executive – Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join its Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience while representing the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, delivering a welcoming and accurate service.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and securely manage cash and credit transactions.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations in line with hotel policies.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying upselling opportunities to enhance the guest stay.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5‑star luxury property (UAE experience desirable but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Confidence in handling complaints of varying severity.
