Head of People and Culture

About the role

The Republik(s) is seeking a strategic leader to shape its people and culture agenda across a fast‑growing fitness, wellness and performance ecosystem in the UAE. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive talent attraction, development and retention while embedding a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design and people strategy.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Design and deliver leadership development, learning and performance management programs.
• Champion company values, employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR policies, compliance with UAE labour law, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR systems.
• Provide HR metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP or equivalent).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Commercially aware, people‑focused and operationally strong.
