Home Appliances Technician – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Home Appliances Technician to join our service team in Dubai. You will provide on‑site support to customers, ensuring their appliances are repaired quickly and efficiently while delivering a customer‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and resolve assigned service calls within defined timelines.
• Provide technical support via phone, on‑site visits, and other channels.
• Achieve a high first‑time fix rate and minimise repeat service visits.
• Maintain and properly handle company‑assigned tools, assets, and property.
• Report product issues and suggest improvements to appliance quality.
• Monitor and reduce repeat calls and unnecessary parts consumption.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the home appliance service industry.
• Strong communication skills for both phone and in‑person customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple service requests efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations across Dubai.
• Immediate availability.

• Home appliance troubleshooting and repair.
