Hotel Waiter – Room Service

About the role

Join a leading hotel brand as a Waiter, delivering exceptional room‑service experiences to guests. You will be the face of the outlet, ensuring every meal is served with speed, accuracy, and a warm Thai hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, explain menu items and make recommendations to boost revenue.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean service station, and handle equipment safely.
• Check on guests during their meals, address any issues promptly, and collect dishes when appropriate.
• Replenish mini‑bars and post transactions to the POS system.
• Assist colleagues across food & beverage and other departments to foster teamwork.
• Report incidents, guest complaints, and losses to the Room Service Supervisor.
• Apply up‑selling techniques and participate in briefings, meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Vocational diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
