About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Specialist to join Emirates Flight Catering’s People function. You will work closely with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people solutions that drive performance and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic HR plans aligned with business priorities.
- Support organisational development, workforce planning, and people transformation initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance on employee engagement, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Leverage people data and trends to make recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Drive talent and succession planning to strengthen future workforce capability.
- Enhance performance culture and align people objectives with business goals.
- Lead employee experience initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities.
- Contribute to HR projects, reviews, and continuous‑improvement programmes.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders as a reliable HR advisor.
Required profile
- Collaborative, solutions‑focused HR professional with strong business‑partnering capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; CIPD qualification desirable.
- Minimum 7 years of HR Business Partner experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Proven experience in organisational development, employee engagement, performance management and change management.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

- Commercial mindset with capacity to align people solutions to business objectives.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, including interpretation of people data and trends.
