HR Operations Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Dubai team. The role will support daily HR functions, focusing on payroll processing, employee onboarding and off‑boarding, and general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Handle employee queries related to payslips, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related operational queries.
• Manage HR system data, generate reports, and maintain dashboards.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and other onboarding documents.
• Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer for visa and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database for visa renewals and assign related tasks.
• Organise onboarding schedules, welcome sessions, and off‑boarding procedures including final settlements and exit interviews.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Organise meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR or payroll.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
