HR Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. The role combines talent acquisition, onboarding, and general HR administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs and job specifications.
• Post vacancies on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and HR documentation.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
• Support daily HR operations, including preparing employee records, contracts, and HR letters.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Assist payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Update employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as backup for other HR team members during peak periods or leave.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR support role.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
