About the role
Brokerin Real Estate is looking for a full‑time Human Resources Assistant to join its Dubai office. You will play a key part in supporting the HR team with day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth employee experiences from recruitment through off‑boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing documentation and facilitating introductions.
- Support benefits administration and ensure accurate enrollment.
- Help organize training programs and track participation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Required profile
- Proficiency in HR practices and HR management.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of training development and facilitation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
