Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our regional HR team in Abu Dhabi. This junior‑level position offers the chance to work across the full employee lifecycle for a leading global professional services firm, supporting multiple offices throughout the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for people operations and respond to employee queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes across Middle East locations.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers and HR systems.
• Assist with payroll coordination, leave management and HR reporting.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and early‑career initiatives.
• Help with inductions, probation tracking and employee engagement processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders in HR, Operations, IT and Finance.
• Contribute to wider HR projects and regional people initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
• Previous exposure to professional services, legal or corporate environments is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional, proactive and highly confidential approach.
• Currently based in the UAE (preferred).
