Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support CATL’s global HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and alignment with local regulations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive talent planning, employee engagement, and administrative excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for HR functions including headcount planning, recruitment, employee communication, payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently with local regulations and corporate standards.
• Lead HR projects, annual exercises, staff events, and provide administrative support for daily operations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to discuss talent planning, workforce needs, and HR initiatives.
• Perform HR data analytics, prepare manpower statistics, and compile management reports.
• Oversee the company’s administrative affairs to maintain orderly daily operations.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus on operational HR across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment ordinances, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.
