Human Resources Partner

About the role

Messe Frankfurt Middle East is seeking a commercially aware and people‑focused Human Resources Partner to join its People & Culture Operations team in Dubai. The role acts as a trusted advisor to managers, driving operational excellence, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organisational growth through data‑led insights and strong people practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership and employee‑relations advice, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.
• Coach leaders on people‑related challenges and support change initiatives and workforce planning.
• Partner with Talent teams on performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
• Drive employee engagement, analyse feedback and implement action plans.
• Develop and analyse HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring activity).
• Maintain HR systems, conduct audits and ensure data accuracy, integrity and process efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, creating frameworks and materials for a seamless employee journey.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience advising managers on policy, performance and employee‑relations matters.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Track record of improving HR processes and driving continuous improvement.
