Inspection Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Inspection Specialist to ensure product integrity and compliance with internationally recognised quality systems in our Dubai facility. The role bridges engineering, operations and quality teams to guarantee that products meet safety, performance and reliability standards before reaching customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other regulated manufacturing standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits, handling deviations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform inspections and evaluations according to approved procedures, work instructions and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify and resolve gaps in processes, tools and workflows.
• Support technical investigations, process validation, equipment qualification and the introduction of new test systems.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and structured problem‑solving methods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Automation or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inspection, testing or quality control within medical devices, electronics, automotive or aerospace manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485, FDA or EU MDR is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures and documentation in English.
• Willingness to work shifts if required and be medically fit for a production environment.
