IT Support Technician – Dubai (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide end‑user assistance, manage IT assets and ensure the smooth operation of our technology environment in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on technical support with infrastructure monitoring and security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support and resolve user‑reported issues.
• Configure, deploy, and manage IT equipment and assets.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Maintain endpoint security, software updates, and patching.
• Monitor IT infrastructure health and perform routine checks.
• Respond to incidents, alerts, and operational issues.
• Maintain asset registers, backups, and system documentation.
• Support security and compliance activities, including access reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Strong documentation, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
