L2 Technical Lead – ASP.NET Core & React Development

About the role

This hybrid position is for a senior technical lead who will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications for global travel and hospitality clients. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, secure, and performant solutions using ASP.NET Core, React.js, SQL, and Node.js.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable services with ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET Core.
• Oversee responsive UI development with React.js, ensuring consistent performance across browsers and devices.
• Create and optimise complex SQL queries and database schemas for data integrity and reporting.
• Coordinate full‑stack development across ASP.NET Core, React.js, and Node.js, adhering to architectural guidelines.
• Enforce modular coding practices, code reuse, and maintainability.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, static analysis, and ensure unit test coverage.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, and removal of technical blockers.
• Implement secure coding practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Profile performance bottlenecks, tune database queries, and refine caching strategies.
• Lead defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and documentation of preventive improvements.
• Work with operations to set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.

Required profile

• Minimum nine years of experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade services with ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET Core.
• Hands‑on expertise in React.js, including state management and component architecture.
• Strong background in SQL database design, query optimisation, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating full‑stack projects that involve Node.js.
