Legal Specialist

As a Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department within a high-scale environment, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance as we continue to scale globally.

Main Missions

• Draft, review, and organize a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate resolutions.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Support corporate governance processes and maintain legal documentation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in line with industry standards.
• Act as a key liaison between the company, external law firms, and government authorities.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in legal support or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal documents simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
