Logistics & Fleet Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Fleet Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of goods and manage the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient, on‑time delivery across the UAE. This role supports fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution and works closely with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods to guarantee timely delivery and dispatch.
• Plan and manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance and utilization.
• Handle FMCG distribution logistics, ensuring fast and efficient supply‑chain operations.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams and customers for smooth coordination.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays or damages.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, fleet usage and logistics documentation.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes and permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Optimize transportation routes and reduce operational costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, FMCG and logistics operations.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes and transport regulations.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
