Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Dubai team. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring goods move efficiently, deliveries are on time, and documentation is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, transportation and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation such as invoices, packing lists and delivery notes.
• Track shipments, identify and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company logistics policies.
• Maintain accurate logistics records in ERP or tracking systems.
• Support inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or operations roles.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight coordination and customs processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with logistics or ERP systems.
