Marketing Coordinator – Reel Cinemas

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing communication and event activities for Reel Cinemas, a flagship attraction of Emaar Entertainment. Working closely with internal brand groups, digital teams, sales, customer care and external agencies, the role ensures that all marketing initiatives align with the broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local and international marketing activities for Reel Cinemas, ensuring alignment with long‑term brand objectives.
• Develop and implement tactical marketing plans that support brand positioning and market presence.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all brand communications by adhering to established standards.
• Coordinate marketing and event communications with internal teams and external agencies.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in managing and monitoring marketing budgets.
• Create and distribute marketing programs such as web content, newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, flyers, referral programs, and signage.
• Manage multimedia projects including photo and video shoots from production to final implementation.
• Conduct research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports, analyze results and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present pitch decks to film studios to secure exclusive premieres and screenings.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and events.
