About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Administration Coordinator to support our growing team in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The role combines administrative, HR, and coordination duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, and medical insurance processes.
- Provide office administration and HR support.
- Manage meeting schedules and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Prepare quotations, pro‑forma invoices, and various reports.
- Follow up with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle general administrative and business support activities.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow up diligently.
- Preferred: UAE driving license, own vehicle, and experience with UAE administrative and government processes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and XLOOKUP.
