Online Fitness Coach

About the role

We are building a premium personalised coaching platform that matches clients with specialists who truly understand them. As an Online Fitness Coach you will deliver tailored fitness programmes through our digital platform, under medical oversight, while focusing solely on coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fitness sessions to matched clients via the Trainerize platform.
• Develop and adjust workout programmes in line with a structured framework and medical guidelines.
• Maintain client progress records and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure programme safety and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, REPS or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience, online or in‑person.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Trainerize digital coaching platform.
• Ability to design and deliver virtual fitness programmes.
