About the role
The Project Administrator will support project teams by managing all project documentation throughout each phase of delivery. This position ensures that documents are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and compliant with AECOM’s document control standards. The role is based in the UAE and is open only to UAE nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the project directory and develop a project‑specific filing structure.
- Control and file original documents and revisions for quick retrieval.
- Implement and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) as required.
- Record, store, and archive project photographs.
- Interact with professional and technical staff to support document‑related tasks.
- Perform routine administrative duties under general supervision.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.
- UAE national holding a family book, in line with Emiratisation policy.
- Ability to work under general supervision with limited judgment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
