Quality Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Emerson is seeking a qualified Quality Manager to lead the regional quality strategy for Fisher Control Valves across the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on sustaining and continuously improving product and service quality, strengthening customer trust, and supporting long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance quality initiatives for Fisher Control Valves in the MEA region, aligned with global quality strategy.
• Maintain and improve regional Quality Management Systems to meet Emerson and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and operational excellence requirements.
• Develop and optimise quality resources for current and future regional needs.
• Define and implement supply‑chain quality development strategies with internal and external partners.
• Strengthen quality assurance across the full value chain, from suppliers through manufacturing and service.
• Lead customer‑satisfaction improvement programmes using performance metrics and structured feedback.
• Support Industry 4.0 and intelligent automation initiatives within quality functions.
• Provide extended quality support to sales channels to enhance customer confidence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in quality management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
