Registered Nurse – Dayward Chemotherapy

About the role

The Department of Dayward Chemotherapy at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality treatment for oncology patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients receiving day‑ward chemotherapy, adhering to clinical standards and local legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with the hospital’s risk policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to coordinate treatment plans.
• Foster a positive patient experience by creating a supportive and comfortable environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and nursing students, contributing to a learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years recent experience in a day‑ward chemotherapy unit.
• Basic Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
